Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to award a sole source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-15-G-0026 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC). The purpose of this order is for the procurement of non-recurring engineering efforts to modify Department of Navy Large Aircraft Infrared Counter Measures (DoN LAIRCM) software to correct deficiencies identified through software trouble reports (STRs). The required tasking includes software requirements definition, preliminary and detailed design, algorithm analysis and code modification, as well as test and evaluation resulting in the delivery of modified software. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-SEP-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
