Description

This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with FEI Company, a subsidiary of ThermoFisher, to procure parts and consumables for the Helios G4 UX instrumentation. The parts and consumables are required for The Research Technologies Branch (RTB). This Branch offers investigators specialized support for advanced biotechnology research. The Electron Microscopy (EM) Unit is dedicated to providing state-of- the-art technologies to support the ultrastructural imaging needs of The National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) scientists.
