- The United States Penitentiary Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, intends to make multiple awards for perishable kosher items. The delivery date will tentatively be the week of October 1st-5th, 2018. Please refer to the line item descriptions for specific delivery information. Deliveries will be made to USP Lewisburg Fenton Rd, Pa. 17837. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government on a line item basis. Past performance and price will be equally considered during the evaluation process. No substitutions will be allowed. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 5, 2018. It will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.fbo.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on September 17th, 2018. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 311999. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The small business size standard is 500 employees. All responsible small businesses that are actively registered on the System for Award Management site, www.sam.gov, may submit an offer for consideration.
