- SKID SPRAY SYSTEM - BATTLE MOUNTAIN, NV The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Office has a requirement for a Skid Spray System for a 4x4 Truck Bed to be used for herbicide application. Skid Spray System shall meet the minimum attached specifications and price shall include delivery to the BLM Battle Mountain District Office, Battle Mountain, NV. See solicitation (SF-1449) and attachment for list of minimum specifications. All items must be in compliance with the Buy American Act. NAICS: 333111 Size Standard: 1,250 (in number of employees), 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
