QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Senate Employee Assistance Program RFQ-2018-120 August 30, 2017 Question 1: Per Section 3. Staffing - Can you clarify whether the Contractor will be conducting mental health treatment (with a diagnosis and treatment plan)? If so, is the Contractor required to be approved with the Senate's EAP and/or behavioral health plan for ongoing treatment services? Or is this strictly EAP/critical incident response which is non-medical, psychoeducation only and would not utilize EMDR? Answer 1: The Contractor will not be conducting treatment requiring diagnosis and treatment plans. All activity will be provided in consultation with and approval from the EAP Director/team. Question 2: Per Section 4. Deliverables - Are the two consecutive days per month fully inclusive of the scope of work for the services requested? Will any additional time be required for meetings, etc.? Answer 2: Yes, they are fully inclusive No additional time is required for work under this Contract. Question 3: Per Section 5. Government Furnished Equipment - Are there any other indirect costs that the Contractor should anticipate as part of service delivery (i.e. communications, materials, etc.)?
