- The DLA Troop Support Construction and Equipment Directorate intends to solicit for a two (2) year multiple award indefinite quantity (IQC) delivery order type contract with three (3) one year options for commercial type 20 and 40ft containers used by the U.S military and other federal government agencies within the Contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the outlying areas, and throughout Europe, Africa, and the Pacific. The maximum dollar value of this award will be $300,000,000.00 dollars. This acquisition will utilize full and open competition procedures, and will be solicited as a total Small Business Set Aside. The length of the contract resulting from this solicitation will be for two (2) years with three (3) one year options. A more detailed schedule of items can be found in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA TROOP SUPPORT. The resultant award will be for a fixed-price multiple award indefinite quantity (IQC) delivery order type contract, with an "annual" Economic Price Adjustment. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com. Attachments in the solicitation will require Microsoft Office, Word and Excel to open files. The anticipated solicitation issue date is September 20, 2018. A contract will be awarded using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. (LPTA).
