Attachments 1 - 3 Exhibits A - D Solicitation No. 19GE5018R0110 The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal for property management services on properties owned and managed by the U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong, China. An organized Site Visit is scheduled to be conducted in Hong Kong on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 10:00 hours local time at the following location: 37 Shouson Hill Road, Hong Kong, China Registration is essential should you wish to participate in the site visit. Companies are therefore required to submit, via email, the names, nationality and I.D. numbers of those attending to Ms. Maria Chiu at ChiuMS@state.gov and Joanna Catsamaki at CatsamakiJ@state.gov no later than Friday, September 7, 2018. Attendance is limited to no more than 3 persons per company, unless an acceptable reason exists for the presence of more than 3. Attendees are requested to carry their Photo ID along with them. Without Photo ID you may be refused entry to the Site. Please note that attendance is at the contractor's own expense. All literature and discussions will be in the English language. Any translations, if necessary, desired by the offerors must be made at their expense. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the attached solicitation. You should thoroughly examine all documents contained in the contract solicitation package. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "PROPOSAL 19GE5018R0110" on or before September 20, 2018, 15.00 hrs. C.E.S.T. for the attention of Ms. Joanna Catsamaki. If hand carried or sent via courier service: U.S Consulate General, Regional Procurement Support Office, (RPSO), Giessener Strasse 30, 60435 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Mark for the attention of Joanna Catsamaki, telephone **49 69 7535 / 3318. Hand delivered packages will only be accepted between the hours of 11.30 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. on September 20, 2018! For hand delivered packages the entrance located at Wetzlarer Strasse shall be used. If mailed: U.S. Consulate General Regional Procurement Support Office, (RPSO) Giessener Strasse 30 60435 Frankfurt am Main / Germany. In addition to submitting a hard copy of the proposal one (1) original and one (1) copy), Contractors are also required to submit an electronic copy contained on a CD-ROM. Offerors shall provide identical information electronically as required for the hard copy of the proposal. Information contained on the CD-ROM shall be in a format readable by Microsoft (MS) Word 2007, MS Excel 2007 or Adobe PDF as applicable. Note : E-mail transmission of proposals is acceptable provided it is followed-up by the original signed proposal within seven (7) days after receipt of the e-mail. E-mail submittals shall not exceed 5MB. Any proposal, modification, or revision, that is received after the exact date and time specified for receipt of proposals is "late" and may not be accepted. Please complete the enclosed form SF-1449. An authorized representative of your company must sign all documents or the proposals may be considered non responsive. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must submit all the documents listed in the solicitation. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to conduct further negotiations concerning price and other terms before awarding a contract, or to award the contract based upon initial proposals received without holding discussions.
