- Contract Data Requirement List Engineering Data List Packaging Requirements Request for Quotation This requirement is for a firm-fixed contract with One -1 year Option for C-17 Support Equipment, MLG Strut Aircraft Maintenance Fixture: NSN: 4920-01-369-6853; Part Number 17G130226-1. The Basic is for qty 2 of each (includes First Article). Test Plan (1 LO), and Test Report (1 LO). The One -1 year Option is based on the qty of One each. This requirement will be a Sole Source 8(a) award to Choctaw Defense Manufacturing, LLC (7H9J3).
