This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24418Q9615. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those attached in attachment 4 effects through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 effective November 06, 2017. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238330 Flooring Contractors size standard of $15 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Wilmington VA Medical Center 1601 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, DE 19805 is seeking to purchase Carpet Replacement for multiple rooms. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be not to exceed 90 days after date of award for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Removal and disposal of existing carpet, Prep Flooring, Furnish and install Brand Name or Equal to Mannington Terrain II 24 x 24 modular carpet tile in color 83007 Cabinet with new 4 vinyl cove base throughout all rooms. IAW the Statement of Work Place of Performance Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Wilmington VAMC 1601 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, DE 19805 Country: UNITED STATES All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 2 to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number WD 15-4215 (Rev.-6) was first posted on www.wdol.gov on 07/17/2018, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 3. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
