Description

This is not a request for proposal nor a request for quote. There is no solicitation document available. This is a notice of intent issued by the VA to negotiate a single source contract with GE IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). The contract will be for the migration of currently owned GE Centricity software and data to a new server infrastructure. Only GE can migrate this software and data as it is proprietary to GE.   Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to not compete the proposed acquisition is wholly within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for paying for any of the costs incurred and associated with the development of any responses submitted to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334614. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responses, to include questions or comments concerning this notice, must be submitted by email to Nicholas Poehlman by 3:00 PM CST, 5 September 2018. Nicholas.poehlman@va.gov
