Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C25618 All Clause/Provisions, Terms and Conditions stated on the subsequent pages of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are applicable and bidding in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This solicitation is being issues as a set-aside 100% for Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238330. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for a Contractor to provide the service of floor restoration for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System. Please see attached Statement of Work, Questions and Answers form, and Wage Determination document. Quotes are due Friday September 7, 2018 at 1:00pm CST.
