Page 1 of 1 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is not a request for quotes. A solicitation will not be issued at this time. This notice is published to conduct market research to determine the number of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and other small business concerns capable of performing the requirements to warrant a socioeconomic set-aside or full and open competition. See the attached Statement of Work for a description of the requirement. This is a requirement for items peculiar to one manufacturer. See attached Limited Sources Justification for details. It is recommended that interested parties register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database and the Small Business Administration (SBA) database. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and http://www.sba.gov. Interested parties responding to this notice shall submit the following information at a minimum: (1) company name and address, point of contact with phone number, and DUNS number (2) documentation relating to the capability of performing the work (3) intentions of subcontracting program to include set-asides if any (4) documentation showing vendor is an authorized distributor of the manufacturer or ability to provide such information prior to contract award The response date to this Sources Sought Notice is September 5, 2018. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted. Send all submissions electronically to Andrew Kinh at andrew.kinh@va.gov.
