Solicitation Number: SPRRA2-18-R-0158 Set Aside Code: NONE Response date : 12 SEPT 2018 No telephone requests will be accepted. PRON: D18B0358D1 The Government proposes to acquire on an INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINTE QUANTITY (IDIQ) FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) SOLE SOURCE contract for NAVIGATION SET, SATE with a quantity minimum quantity of 6EA and a maximum quantity of 20EA; NSN: 5825-01-656-2513 ; PN: 34212080-102-001 applicable to the M-E8 Weapon system. Production Lead Time Contractor Tested First Article is 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to CHAMBERSBURG, PA, 17201-4150 This item is sole sourced to HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC, CAGE code 0BFA5. This part requires restricted engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.
