- Synopsis: Microbiology Labs, San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas (W81K00-18-Q-0039). The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement to establish a cost-per-test (CPT) arrangement in support of Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services (DPALS), San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The solicitation number is W81K00-18-Q-0039. The list of required tests includes, Strep A Rapid PCR and Influenza A/B and RSV combination Rapid PCR. This testing is currently performed on Roche-manufactured equipment, Cobas LIAT® systems across the main hospital and five outlying clinics or labs. It is the intent of the Government to establish a cost-per-test agreement and the contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, reagents, controls, consumables, and any other parts to accomplish this testing. The solicitation will be available on or about 5 September 2018 at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis, under NAICS code 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on or about 20 September 2018 at 3:00 pm CST. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
