Description

Attachment 10 (Revised) Answers to Questions 1-24 Attachment 12 Answers to Questions 25-31 Attachment 13 Site Visit Log FA252118B0004 Amendment 02 Amendment 02 has been issued. This amendment incorporates into the solicitation additional responses to questions received, revises the IDIQ pricing sheet and some of the original set of answers provided, provides the site visit attendance log, and changes the due date for receipt of bids in the soliciation documents to 07 Sep 18. Attachments 12 and 13 have been incorporated into the solicitation. Attachment 10 has been revised to correct Answer 06. Revised Attachment 10 is uploaded to FBO.gov along with the amendment. A revised Attachment 06 will be uploaded separately to FBO at a later date. The revisions made to Attachment 06 will include: 1) deletion of all abatement related line-items since this type of work will now be treated as a non-priced line item work under this contract, and 2) additional line item descriptions/information in response to the questions received and answers provided for this requirement. The DUE DATE for submission of bids HAS BEEN EXTENDED to 07 Sep 18 @ 1000 local time. The bid opening date has also been moved to 07 Sep 18.
