Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii, intends to award a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract to provide maintenance and repair services for Government owned Plasma Sterilizers, Sterrad NX, and Evotech. This requirement is for a period of performance from 28 September 2018 through 27 September 2021 (base and two (2) one-year option periods). The contract will also include FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The proposed acquisition is intended as a sole source to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) as ASP is the OEM and the sole source provider for maintenance and repair due to proprietary rights for all software and parts. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5M.
