Description

Nez Perce Clearwater National Forests, Moose Creek Ranger District project trench and install a new irrigation line at a depth of 36 inches as staked by the Government along the hillside behind the Fenn Ranger Station. The project consists of installation approximately 1200 feet of 6 inch PVC pipe, tied into existing 8 inch wood stave water line, from that point to termination of a natural drainage. The new line shall be pressure tested prior to being brought into service. The contractor is responsible for utility locate prior to start work. The project is located at Fenn Ranger Station on the Selway River. From Kooskia, ID travel approx. 24 miles east on Highway 12 and turn right onto Selway River Road, FSR 223. Travel approx. 5 miles. Turn left into Fenn Ranger Station and travel 500 feet to the cluster of buildings. Price range between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start date October 1, 2018 and complete by October 19, 2018. Solicitation to be issued on or around September 13, 2018.
