- This is a restricted acquisition for 100% small business set aside. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk intends to award a Firm Fixed Price for Curtains aboard the USS Bataan LHD-5. This requirement is to enhance the spaces used by the ship ™s personnel. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Attachments: 1) Pricing Spreadsheet 2) A-A-59473 3) MIL-STD-1623E Quoters SHALL QUOTE ON EACH LINE ITEM TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. The quoter shall fill in UNIT PRICE AND AMOUNT. Quoters shall complete the PRICING SPREADSHEET, and include it with the quote prior to the closing date of the solicitation. The shipboard berthing curtains shall be manufactured in accordance with the following: 1. Reference Section: MIL-STD-1623E ASTM B221-96 ASTM B633 Delivery Address: USS Bataan LHD-5 ATTN: Supply Officer 1968 Morris Street, BLDG Y-109, DWY 11 Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 Delivery Date: 28 September 2018 FOB Destination Applies; Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. Quoters [shall include] OR [are reminded to include] a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I with quotes. This announcement will close at 1000 AM EST on 05 September 2018.
