- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # N4523A18Q4266 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 dated 22 AUG 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 331491 "Nonferrous Metal (Except Copper and Aluminum)" and the small business size is 750. This requirement has a total Small business (100%) set-aside.
