Description
Synopsis of Lease Requirement Cape May Community Based Outpatient Clinic The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: Space Type: Community Based Outpatient Clinic Yielding Net Usable Square. 11,160 of Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below Parking Spaces (Total): 50 surface/outside parking spaces, reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. Delineated Area in Cape May, NJ North side: Starting at Goshen Swainton Road (646) ending at RT 9 South side: Starting at RT 9 to RT47. East side: Starting at Route 9 to Garden State Parkway ending at RT9 West side: Follow RT47 ending at Goshen Swainton Road (646). Full Term: 10 Years / Firm Term: 5 Years ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Offered space must meet Federal and State Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The space shall be fully serviced. The space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property. The lease space shall be located on a street served by a main bus line and shall have a bus stop not more than 2 blocks from the building; Space shall not be next to a bar, liquor store or like establishment; Space shall not be located near a residential hotel; and Space shall not be located near an area where it is known that illegal activities occur such as illegal drugs sales. Expressions of Interest Due: In accordance with GSAR 570 synopsis of this requirement is published for 2 days and solicitation for lease proposals is published for 20 days. Proposals are due August 23, 2018, as stated in the Request for Lease Proposal. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS are outlined in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP). Proposals may NOT be submitted via email or social media and must be mailed, hand delivered, currier delivery, as stated in the RLP.
