Description

The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service intends to negotiate and award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price, Contract with the State of South Dakota Public Health Laboratory to continue services that will provide for Laboratory Testing Services that are critical to the success of the Great Plains Area IHS. It is essential that these services are uniterrupted with no break in service of delays. This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) 6.302-1, Sole Source. This notcie is not a formal solicitation. This is not considered a request for proposal(RFP). No solicitation document is available and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sorces may submit a capability statement within seven (7) calendar days after the publication, which may be considered by the agency for future solicitations. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government no to compete as a result of information received is soley within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is August 2018.
