Description

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open basis with LabKey Corporation, 617 Eastlake Ave, East # 400, Seattle, WA., 98109 (1). Annual Subscription LabKey Server Platform Software. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by LabKey Corporation as authorized third-party resellers may submit a proposal. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. This will be a firm fixed price award in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offers must be submitted no later than 1 pm Eastern Standard Time, September 6, 2018 to blandl@mail.nih.gov
