The current lease is expired. State: CO City: Colorado Springs Delineated Area: North: Brairgate Pwy, down Powers Rd. to E Woodman Rd. where it meets Marksheffel East: Marksheffel Blvd; from Carefee Cir, up to where it meets Briargate Pkwy South: North Carefree; to Academy Blvd N up to N Union Blvd West: North Union Blvd; from where it meets Academy Blvd N up to Briargate Pkwy Minimum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 6,100 Space Type: Office Clinical Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 240 Firm Term: 60 Soft Term: 180 Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: none Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
