Description

SSJ, Redacted This is a Sole Source Synopsis! The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to the American Council on Education (ACE), 1 Dupont Circle NW, Washington, D.C. 20036 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) requires the ACE to perform a credit review (accreditation) of nine courses within 90 days of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710; the size standard is $15M. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The 45th Contracting Squadron has determined that the ACE is the only source authorized to accomplish this review. As a result, a competitive solicitation will not be issued; however, the Government will consider any responses received from responsible sources that are authorized by the Department of Defense (DoD) to perform accreditation. Responses must be received by 7 Sep 18, 12:00 PM Eastern time and emailed to cardin.crossland@us.af.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted! The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with this synopsis! The attached Single Source Justification is made available to Industry.
