- W912D0-18-Q-0058 Attachment 8-Construction Wage Rate Determination Attachment 7-Site Location Attachment 6-Roof Plan Enlarged Attachment 5-Existing Wind Uplift Fastening Plan Attachment 4-Existing Tapered Insulation Shop Drawing Attachment 3-Existing Roof System Plan Attachment 2-Existing A-305 Drawing Attachment 1-Statement of Work 20180822 ***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN INTERIOR ALASKA*** ***This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses that are currently certified as a HUBZone small business*** The U.S. Army has a requirement to repair the roof on building 111, Fort Greely, Alaska. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information. A site visit will be conducted on 31 August 2018, 9:00 AM Alaska Time (AKT) at BLDG 603 Conference Room, Fort Greely, Alaska. Please call 907-873-1140 for base access instructions. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 in order identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 5 September 2018 by 10:00 AM AKT. All questions will be responded to through FedBizOpps.gov (FBO) only. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Quotes must be received electronically at remodino.s.delacruz.civ@mail.mil. No other method of quote submission will be accepted. Adobe (.pdf) and Microsoft (.doc) are acceptable formats for submitting Quotes. The electronic file must be under 8MB total to ensure it can be received by e-mail. If you are having any issues submitting your quotes, please contact Remo Dela Cruz as soon as possible. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
