Description

The Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award an acquisition to provide preventative maintenance and repair of the power distribution system. The requirement consists of providing all management, supervision, personnel, services, materials, supplies, facilities, transportation, and general and specialized equipment necessary to perform inspection, preventive maintenance, calibration, testing (Infrared Thermographic & Arc Flash included), and documentation of the electrical power distribution system and equipment at the Orlando VA Medical Center. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811310, with a related small business size standard of $7.5 million. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, which will be advertised as unrestricted utilizing FAR 52.212-2 addendum for cascading. The solicitation will be posted on or about 28 August 2018, via fedbizopps.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
