Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number 36C78618Q9622. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) is 561730 Landscaping Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.5 million. The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for Grave Excavation, Grounds Maintenance Services for the Mill Springs National Cemetery. Mill Springs National Cemetery is located at: 9044 West Highway 80 Nancy KY 42544 Please see attached solicitation and documents for complete details on this requirement which includes contract requirements, evaluation factors, due dates, solicitation provision and contract clauses. Questions pertaining to this solicitation must be sent by e-mail to: max.andrade@va.gov no later than 11:00 AM ET, September 7, 2018. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Questions received after this date and time will not be considered. Offerors shall inspect all sites where services are to be performed and to understand all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance (See Provision 52.237-1 Site Visit). In no event shall failure to inspect constitute grounds for a claim or request for equitable adjustment after contract award. Currently an organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 11 AM local time.
