Description

Amendment Number Three is issued to add the following questions and answers and to extend the date for receipt of offers from 8/29/18 to 8/30/18 at 5:00 PM EDT. Amendment Number Two issued to add questions and answers and to extend the date for receipt of offers from 8/24/18 to 8/29/18 at 5:00 PM EDT. Amendment Number One is issued to extend the offer due date until 8/24/18, and to replace original specifications with specifications dated August 2018 The Federal Aviation Administration currently has a requirement to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary the Runway Status Lights Project, Phase 4, Logan International Airport, Boston, MA. Work includes THL fixtures, ILCs and transformers in existing base cans, on runways and taxiways. The Request for Offer (RFO), including Specifications, Wage Rates, and supporting documents are attached to this announcement. Drawings are available upon request to the Contracting Officer. Due to security requirements, each contractor will be required to sign a Sensitive Security Form prior to receiving a copy of the drawings,which will be provided by the Contracting Officer, Larry Hill, upon request. Please send requests for the drawings to larry.hill@faa.gov and this form will be provided to you. All documents are available in.pdf format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Professional. This requirement is for Full & Open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, with a size standard of $15.0 Million. The performance period is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The price range for this requirement is $300,000.00 - $500,000.00.
