Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk VA, 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 13, to provide Four (4) Clustered SPARK T-4-2 servers hosting a virtual environment for an Oracle database and applications that access the database for the United States Naval Academy. The statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open Competition is 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2) for a sole source acquisition as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.
