Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into an other than full and open competition, sole source agreement with Minburn Technology Group for supply of Silhouette Star 3D Imaging Medical Equipment. This is in accordance with 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 and VAAR 819.7007, authorized by statute. Assembly Street Spokane, WA 99205 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.
