***INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR DENTAL SUPPLIES*** Estimated Date of Award: September 10, 2018 Synopsis: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, Department of Veterans Affairs, Charleston, South Carolina intends to award a sole source requirement to: A-DEC, INC 2601 CRESTVIEW DRIVE NEWBERG, OR 97132 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 339114 with a business size standard of 750. The proposed contract is for Dental Supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 8:00 am EST September 6th, 2018 for future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
