Page 1 of 1 Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify sources that have the capabilities and authority to supply a CED Power 1401-3 Data Acquisition Unit and CED Signal Data Acquisition and Analysis Software, Brand Name Only, for the Baltimore VA Medical Center, 10 N Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201. SUPPLIES REQUIRED (BRAND NAME ONLY) CED Power1401-3 16-Bit high performance laboratory interface incl 2 m data cable with USB 2.0 host interface 1 ea CED Signal Software for Windows 1 ea License to run additional copy of CED Signal Software for Windows 1 ea INTERESTED & CAPABLE RESPONSES: NCO 5 is seeking responses from businesses that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources and capabilities necessary to provide these services. Please respond with your: Business name, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), etc.), person of contact (including telephone number & email address), GSA Contract number if applicable, and DUNS number Capability statement The contractor shall provide verifiable proof of authority to (re)sell the CED brand-name equipment being sought after or will not be considered as a potential competing vendor. Responses must be submitted by 1:00 PM (EDT) Sep 2, 2018. Responses to the information requested above may be submitted via email to darren.morris@va.gov. This request for information/sources sought notice is for planning purposes ONLY. The results of this market research will assist in the development of (1) the requirement, and (2) the acquisition strategy (e.g., small business set-aside, full and open competition, etc.).
