- This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation 36C24618Q0788 will be issued on or about 27AUGUST2018. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center (RICVAMC) 1201 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23249, has a requirement to perform fire alarm programming on the fire detection and suppression systems at the RICVAMC. This contract is expected to be a base plus four (4) option years. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. NAICS 561621, Size Standard $20.5 million.
