Description
NSN Descriptions NSN(s): Multiple NSNs - See Attachment Item Description: See Attachment Qualified Parts List: See Attachment Specification Number: See Attachment Quantity: Anticipated type of contract is an IQC. Items to be shipped to various military depot locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits on an as needed basis. Unit of Issue: See Attachment Destination Information: All NSNs are FOB Origin with the exception of 5945-00-660-9315 which is FOB Destination Delivery Schedule: See RFQ The LTC will be a total of 3 base years with 2, one-year option periods. The solicitation will be available on DLA's Internet Bid Board Site ( https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ ) on or about 8/27/2018. The solicitation is issued in accordance with the FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. (X) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. (X) The acquisition of these items is controlled by qualified products list (QPL) procedures. Competition is limited to sources that are listed on or qualified for listing on the applicable QPL at the time of award. See the attachment for a list of approved QPL sources by NSN. The proposed acquisition will be solicited unrestricted with full and open competition and will be awarded all or none by NSN, with each line being awarded as one single NSN. (X) The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5; Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the procurement of 31 National Stock Numbers (NSN)s. The Government is pursuing a long-term contract, for the duration of a three-year base and 2 one year options. The total contract value is not to exceed $6,715,359.66. This requirement is for DLA stock support in the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation there are 31 NSNs being procured and managed by one Inventory Control Point (ICP) - DLA Land and Maritime.
