- Attachment 2 - Wage Determination Attachment 1 - SOW RFQ Form Requirement: The White River NF with headquarters in Glenwood Springs, Colorado has an urgent requirement for a gap contract for vault toilet pumping on the Holy Cross Ranger District trailheads and campgrounds. Our current contractor can no longer perform this requirement due to unspecified reasons. Period of Peformance - Sept - Nov 2018. - Contracting History: The current contract is AG-82D7-B-14-0008 in it's final year with an annual BPA call of approximately $10,000. - Contracting Procedure: The Government intends to issue a modfication to an existing contract on the adjacent ranger district or possibly an adjacent Forest to satisfy this in the interim until a new solicitation is prepared for issue in late winter or early spring next year. We expect the total value of this modification to be less than $10,000. If you have objections to this proposed action and are capable of immediately beginning service in accordance with the contracting requirements below and the attached Statement of Work, email the POC with your interest and capabiities statement. - Contract requirements include: 1) Active www.sam.gov registration, 2) Invoice Processing Platform (www.ipp.gov) electronic invoicing, 3) Service Contract Act wages for your employees (prevailing local wages) for Eagle County, and 4) FAR Part 12 - Commercial and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Set-Aside: This procurement is a total set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services with a size standard of $7.5 million. - What You Need to Do Now: - 1. Do your homework and a site visit. There is no scheduled or sponsored site visit. - 2. Submit your objection to this proposed action along with your capabilities statement, DUNS number and past peformance information on similar requirements. - 3. Submit the signed RFQ form with your price list for each vault to include the basic pumping service and any excessive trash removal.
