Description

The Department of Veteran s Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to enter into a sole source contract authorized by FAR 13.501. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a one-time, sole source contract to the small business, Accessibility Services, Inc., 6241 S. Tex Pt., Homosassa, FL 34448. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334118 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The contractor shall provide the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, 5000 south 5th Avenue, Hines, IL with the equipment listed below (see Salient Characteristics). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government.
