- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. Solicitation will be issued o/a 5 September 2018 with completion within 60 days after award of contract. Award anticipated on or about 30 September 2018. This Sources Sought is released pursuant to FAR, exchanges with industry. The Michigan National Guard is currently in the acquisition planning stage for the eventual award of NTV (Non -Tactical Vehicle)...... The government will deliver and pick up the vehicle within a 200 mile radius of 3423 N Martin Luther King Blvd. Lansing, MI 48906. It will be the contractor's responsibility to provide transportation for pick and delivery outside the range of 200 mile radius of 3423 N Martin Luther King Blvd. Lansing MI 48906. We are requesting this truck be outfitted with the following: a. One Westin Elite XD push bumper b. One Westin sound off 2 light bumper plate c. Red and Blue N-force upper bumper mounted led lights d. Red and blue N-force side bumper mounted led lights e. Sound off headlight flashers f. Two unity spotlights g. Two unity spot light brackets h. One Havis shield 22" center console i. One Havis 4" faceplate j. One Havis 1" filler faceplate k. One Havis 2" filler faceplate l. One Havis 2 power outlets faceplate m. One radio faceplate n. One Maycom radio faceplate o. One 4" Dual cup holder p. One light bar/ ssp2000B siren/ switch control q. One Kustom signal raptor radar r. One dual K-band directional Mode s. One siren speaker package. t. Install one 800 mhz radio set, this equipment will be furnished by MIARNG. The Michigan National Guard is seeking interested parties with specialized capabilities to meet all of the requirements. The Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811118 other Automotive Mechanical and Electrical Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $7.5 Million. The purpose of the Sources Sought Synopsis/RFI is to identify small business concerns with the capability to perform the services defined. Interested firms shall identify their company as one or more of the following: 1) small business 2) 8(a) business; 3) HUB Zone small business 4) woman-owned small business; 5) service-disabled veteran-owned small business; or 6) large business. All interested firms are invited to submit a capability statement of no more than two (2) pages and no smaller than 12 point times new roman font. The capability statement should demonstrate the interested firm's understanding, capability, qualification and experience in meeting the work requirements. Moreover, all capability statements must also include (not counting towards the 2 page limit): the name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, address of firm(s), and the DUNS number and C.A.G.E Code for the prime entity. Contractor must be registered in SAM at the time of closing of RFQ. If two or more capable Small Business firms do not reply, the proposed solicitation may be issued as unrestricted (all business concerns may apply). Therefore all business concerns are encouraged to respond to this notice. The Government will not pay for any information that is provided in response to this Sources Sought/RFI nor will the government compensate any respondents for the development of such information. Responses shall be provided via email to ng.mi.miarng.mbx.uspfo-pc@mail.mil no later than noon on 4 Sep 2018 Eastern Standard Time.
