Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. VA intends to make a sole source award to Sun Nuclear. See attached Sole Source Justification. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation 36C10A18Q9150 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The NAICs is 541519 with a size standard of EMP 150.
