Full text provisions & clauses Detailed Specs & drawing #2 Detailed Specs & drawing #1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, PANNGB-18-P-0000 077937, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 327331 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Quotes are due no later than 2:00pm EST on Friday, 4 September 2018. The NJ ARNG requires the fabrication and delivery of 1 each of 4,000, 6,000 and 8,000 pound sling load training blocks. The contractor shall furnish all necessary materials and expertise to fabricate the blocks in accordance with (see attachments)GEN-12A-AMAM-02 _Add1 and GEN-12_AMAM-02_Add2 Quantity: 1 EA 4,000lb Block 1 EA 6,000lb Block 1 EA 8,000lb Block Inspection: The contractor will be required to provide documentation for all materials used in the fabrication and production of the training blocks. The contractor is responsible for providing independent lab results that demonstrate that the concrete reached the prescribed compressive strength. Delivery: The contractor will not deliver the training blocks until all supporting documentation has been provided and all load/ strength tests have been passed. Blocks are to be delivered complete, assembled and ready for immediate use.
