Description

SYNOPSIS: The New Mexico VA Healthcare System, 1501 San Pedro Dr. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108, has a requirement to replace current dental chairs and delivery systems. A Firm-Fixed Price award is anticipated. The contractor shall provide all equipment, and installation of new equipment. This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Veterans First Public Law 109-461 as a 100% certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The NAICS code for this project is 339114 Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 500 people. This will be for limited to Name Brand for A-Dec dental chairs and delivery systems based on current needs of the facility. All interested potential bidders will need to have the ability to sell and installation for A-Dec systems. Interested bidders must be listed in the VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages at www.vetbiz.gov, and currently registered in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov. Solicitation documents, will be available electronically on or about Monday, August 27, 2018 at the following website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested bidders should search for solicitation 36C25818Q9818 to access solicitation documents and any amendments. A thirty (30) day bid acceptance period will be required. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
