Attachment 3 - Brand Name Justification: Please read the attached Brand Name Justification stating required items and sources. Attachment 2 - Representations and Certifications: Please fill out the attached (FAR 52.212-3) in accordance with your SAM.gov account or business status. However, if the prospective offeror is registered in SAM.gov, this step is unnecessary. Attachment 1 - Please review the specification sheet to make sure performance requirements can be met. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - Please review the document in order to understand proposal submission requirements. Request for quote regarding a Metrohm 940 Professional Ion Chromatograph (IC) Vario TWO/SeS/PP for U.S. Army MEDCOM. This is a commodity purchase for the United States Army's Public Health Command (Pacific). Please review the RFQ (request for quote), Brand Name Justification, and Specifications, in order to formulate a quote. If there are any questions or concerns, please contact Thaddeus Faxon, Jr. at Thaddeus.Faxon@us.af.mil. The proposals will be due on Thursday, September 6th, 2018 at 12:00 P.M.
