- Solicitation The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers requires the removal of an existing two ramp boat launch and installation of a new 2 ramp boat launch in the same location and installation of two new aluminum roll-in style docks at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Cross Lake Recreation Area and Campground, located at Crosslake, Minnesota in Crow Wing County, MN. All work shall conform to local, county, and State laws and codes. A site visit is recommended prior to submitting a quote. It is anticipated that work shall be begin on or around September 24, 2018 and shall be completed no later than October 15, 2018. The solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) The solicitation due date is September 5, 2018 at 10:00am Central Standard Time. No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available. Offerors are responsible for checking the fbo.gov website for any update(s) to the Notice. The Government is not responsible for any loss of Internet connectivity or for an offeror's inability to access the document posted at the referenced website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM). All Offerors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award, have an active SAM account, and have the Representations and Certifications (FAR and DFARS) sections completed prior to award. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
