- Amendment 8-22-18 Per the RFI's that was posted on 8-20-2018, the RFI cut off is 10 am on 24 August 2018. Amendment 8-20-18 Request for Information Part 2 is uploaded. All documents that need to be revised will be upload once all of the questions have been addressed. Amendment 8-14-18 Request for Information Part 1 is uploaded. Please notice the RFI due date of 2pm on 20 August 2018. Amendment 8-10-18 Solicitatation Number for the Notice is W912DR18R0055. All of the attachments to the solicitation are uploaded with the exception of Attachment W, AK and AL. Those files will have to be uploaded thru ARMDEC because they are to big to upload here. If you would like a copy of those attachments please send me an email and I will get them uploaded as soon as possible. Te proposal due date is 10 September 2018. Pre-solicitation Notice W912DR-18-S-0009: Amendment 8-1-18 Site Visit inforamtion: Please send me (Kathy Brown) an email (K athryn.E.Brown@usace.army.mil ) if you plan to attend the site visit or have any questions. Please put "DSC-DLA Richmond" in the subject line. Site Visit will be on August 9, 2018 at 9:00 AM EST. Interested contractors shall fill out the attached "Visit Request Form" and send it to me by 8am on August 6, 2018. The directions to the facility will be attached to this notice as well. Upon entering the facility, Bldg. 70 will be on the right hand side(old Power Plant bldg.) A maximum of three (3) individuals from each company is allowed. Mr. Steve Wood will be the Point of Contact for meeting logistics and can be reached at cell number 717-817-5871. Mr. Wood will not be entertaining any questions about this project prior to or after the site visit. All questions asked at the site visit shall be sent to me for a formal answer. Photos requested by contractors during the site visit will be taken by USACE personnel and sent collectively to contractors that attended the site visit. Contractors are not allowed to take photographs. The solicitation is still being worked on. Amendment 7-27-18: Solicitation release date: The new release date will be on or before 03 August 2018 Site Visit: The estimated date for the site visit will be 8 August 2018. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to ccomplish the objectes in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the PWS included in the request for proposal (RFP) that can be obtained from www.fbo.gov. All vendors who are capable of providing the requirement as stated in the PWS are encouraged to provide a proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The media through which the Government chooses to issue a solicitation will be via the internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. You must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive a government contract award. You may register with the SAM at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to: Linda.Evans@usace.army.mil The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about July 27, 2018, to all authenticated account holders of FBO (www.fbo.gov). To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here (http://www.nab.usace.army.mil/EBS/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf). Please note that all US Army Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package. A DLA-project briefing and site visit is tentatively scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 2 August, 2018 at Defense Supply Center - Richmond located approximately 11 miles south of Richmond, VA. The briefing and site visit will be conducted between the approximate hours of 9:00 AM EST to 12 noon EST.
