Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to a questions received from Industry: 1. Question: If we use an OASIS type contract and have a PSC code that identifies delivery of a product, are we viewed as a service due to the OASIS contract. S3I Response: No, the reports are pulled by the PSC code and not the contract vehicle. 2. Can we use a product code for the contract in GFEBS and still have engineering services within the same contract in order to maintain the relationship of the product and service? S3I Response: Yes, the overall PSC code is driven by the preponderance of the work of the contract, so you can use a product code at the contract level and still include your engineering services within the same contract.
