Description

Auction Description: Commander Navy Recruiting Command intends to Purchase telephone headsets and install Voice over internet protocol Systems in 17 Recruiting Offices located over 5 states in the Midwest. The work will be accomplished over a 3-month period. Work includes all wiring and equipment that will work in conjunction with the headquarters Voice over internet protocol Telephone system located in Minneapolis, MN. The cost covers set up and installation for all offices. The telephone systems must be with Ava ya, as this is the sole system used at the headquarters located in Minneapolis and will be tied into the system at other recruiting offices throughout the Minnesota area. In order for the systems to be linked to the main office, other offices must have the same telephone system to work with the Voice over internet protocol. This purchase of Telephone Equipment and installation will entail 17 Recruiting offices within the Navy Talent Acquisition Group Northern Plains Area of Reasonability. This will enhance the usage of the telephone systems and the amount of incoming and outgoing calls to help the dissemination of Navy awareness and Navy Recruiting within the AOR. SpecificationsProvision Minneapolis system to accommodate 17 remote offices. Provide and install IP endpoints, firewall, and program. Coordinate internet and telephone service installation through voice carrier. Remote install and configure telephones, internet and analog adapters for fax and 911 service. Test all components. Remove and dispose of end of life equipment. Contractor will provide all below equipment for the install and connection for 17 recruiting Offices. All VIOP systems to be connected to the main system at the headquarters in Fort Snelling and cost to include all Equipment and labor This solicitation is being conducted using GSA Reverse Auctions which is an online quote solicitation platform where sellers successively bid prices down until the auction time ends and an award can be made to the apparent low bidder if it meets the soicitation terms and conditions and is technically acceptable. The Auction solicitation will begin on the date and time this solicitation is posted and will end on the date and time stated in this notice or as otherwise displayed in ReverseAuctions.gsa.gov. All quotes shall be submitted via the GSA Reverse Auctions platform. This will constitute the only opportunity for Offerors to submit pricing for this solicitation; offline bids will not be accepted. Offerors shall submit pricing and any requested or applicable attachments in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Offerors that are not currently registered for Open Market in GSA Reverse Auctions should complete the following steps to complete their registration: Step 1: Go to reverseauctions.gsa.gov Step 2: Click on VENDOR LOGIN on the top right hand corner Step 3: Click on Open market vendor registration link at the bottom Step 4: Complete registration information (Note: If you would like to receive email notifications based on a particular NAICS Code or Codes) Select Add NAICs Codes. Ten codes can be selected by clicking the Add NAICS Code button. Step 5: Once you submit registration you will receive an email notification to confirm registration. Once registration is confirmed you will be able to login with username and password that you setup.
