Description

The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Acquistion Directorate (WHS/AD) on behald of United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (b) soliciting from a single source in a conjunction with FAR Part 12. WHS/AD intneds to issue a sole source purchase order to William S. Hein & Co. The anticipated Period of Performance will be a 12 month base period from September 01, 2018 to August 31, 2019 with four (4) 12-month opton periods. The anticipated sole source award to William S. Hein & Co. is to renew the online subscription, purchase order/contract #HQ0034-13-P-0161 to HeinOnline Law Journals/English Reports and Core Collection for one base year and four option years. This service provides simultaneous internet access for Court-wide users to full-text search-able law journal articles publichsed in over 6,400 volumes of legal periodicals in PDF format beginning with volume 1 for each title and 178 volumes of the English Reports from 1220 to 1867. This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
