- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Texas City:Houston Delineated Area:Starting at the southwest corner of Sam Houston Tollway (Beltway 8) and Hwy 290, go east on Hwy 290, then north on Huffmeister, east on Little York Rd, then south on Fairbanks North Houston Rd to Hwy 290; southeast on 290 before continuing north on Antoine to W. 43rd, then east to TC Jester Blvd, continue southeast on TC Jester Blvd to W. 34th, then east to Ella Blvd, north on Oak Forest to W. 43rd /Crosstimbers then east to North Main; southeast on North Main to E. 35th before crossing east to Airline Drive; Continue South as Airline Drive changes to Watson/Taylor/Sawyer/Wilson/Bailey/Bagby St, south to W. Alabama, west on W. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Location should not be adjacent to overpasses, bridges, elevated ramps or railroad tracks. The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements, or, in the absence of a local code requirement, on-site parking shall be available at a ratio of one (1) space for every 200 RSF of Space Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
