- 47PB0018R0018 Snow Removal & Landscaping Services RFP Combined Synopsis_Solicitation Notice The General Service Administration (GSA), Public Building Services (PBS) in Boston, MA, intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Snow Removal & Landscaping services at the SSA Trust Fund Building at 147 Litchfield Street, Torrington, CT, 06790. This will result in a Performance Based, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with an anticipated base period of performance beginning November 1, 2018 through October 31, 2019 with four (4) 1-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This is a total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is $7.5 Million. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government IAW FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. The solicitation package will be made available on or about August 20th, 2018. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All interested parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database. If you are not registered with SAM, you may access at http://www.sam.gov to register. Any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be certified in Vet Biz. If you are not certified with Vet Biz, you may access at www.VetBiz.gov.
