Description
Update, 8/20/2018: The Government intends to issue a draft solicitation for the MES-C requirement during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2019. Any updates to this status will be provided via FBO only. The DISA Mobility PMO is hosting an Industry Day in support of the MES-C acquisition. The Mobility PMO is investigating the capabilities available for an open platform, end-to-end MES-C capability for the Defense Mobility Classified Capability (DMCC) Program (Secret and Top Secret (TS)) that is Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) compliant. DMCC is a DoD enterprise service offering which enables customers with CSfC approved mobile devices access to the classified Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) and commercial information services. This system is comprised of an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) suite, network gateways, Tier III service support, commercial mobile devices (which provide classified voice and data services), and an identity management system. In addition the following technical requirements will be supported: Information Assurance (IA), Mobile Access Capability Package (MACP) compliant infrastructure engineering and management, system monitoring and reporting, device and licensing support, provisioning and Tier III service support. The MES-C Industry Day will consist of a DISA Mobility PMO presentation on the DMCC Program and MES-C requirement. The MES-C Industry Day will be held on November 16, 2017 starting at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). The MES-C Industry Day will be held at the MITRE Corp. Visitors will need to report to the 6th floor lobby and from there will be directed to the room: 6FD509. Escorts may be required for any and all personnel visiting the location. Visitors will need to show a U.S. Government-issued ID and be U.S. Citizens. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted on or before November 03, 2017. Questions regarding the PWS may be submitted to the POCs listed above. All questions are due by Monday, November 13, 2017 at 5:00 pm (ET). The DISA Mobility PMO will address questions submitted during the question and answer session at the Industry Day. Questions and answers will be posted to FedBizOpps after the Industry Day as well. Companies who wish to attend the MES-C Industry Day should RSVP no later than November 13, 2017 at 5:00pm. To RSVP email JaneAnne Holten and Angela Zang.
