Description

CREDIT RELEASE FORM PAST PERFORMANCE FORM ACH FORM SOLICITATION DOCUMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2250-18 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The 2012 North American Industry Classification System code is 313210, Broadwoven Fabric Mills. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, intends to enter into a one-year base period with two (2) one-year option periods if exercised firm-fixed price Requirements type contract. UNICOR WILL NOT BE PROVIDING SAMPLES.
